OUR RESPONSE TO

COVID-19

The Pandemic: A Time to Pivot

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the United Network of Ministries International swiftly mobilized to ensure that our mission of spreading the Gospel and supporting vulnerable communities continued without interruption. We recognized the critical need for support during this unprecedented time, as many families and pastors found themselves facing economic hardships and food insecurity.

Our first priority was to adapt our outreach efforts to the health guidelines in place. With many churches temporarily closing their doors, we shifted our focus to virtual platforms, enabling pastors to continue sharing the message of hope and faith online. We provided resources for webinars and online discussions, allowing communities to stay connected and spiritually nourished.

Additionally, we launched emergency food relief efforts in rural areas, partnering with local farms and organizations to distribute food supplies. We established food pantries, ensuring that families in need received access to essential items despite lockdowns and social distancing measures. Volunteers stepped up to help, and we were truly inspired by the dedication of those willing to serve their neighbors during these challenging times.

To empower pastors, we provided training sessions on digital ministry tools, helping them utilize social media and live streaming to reach their congregations. We also offered financial support and resources to help with ongoing ministry expenses, ensuring that their vital work could continue.

Throughout the pandemic, our commitment to eliminating world hunger and empowering families remained unwavering. We believe that by coming together, we can overcome these challenges and emerge stronger, united in our faith and mission. Our response to COVID-19 has proven that even in the toughest of times, compassion and community can shine through, bringing hope to those who need it most.
